North of the Yarra Quilting Guild

The North of the Yarra Quilters Guild is a group of people that have come together to share their enjoyment of patchwork, appliqué and quilting

We meet in the Senior Citizens Building in Gipson Street, Diamond Creek, a northern suburb of Melbourne. Our postal address is: PO Box 754, Eltham 3095, Victoria, Australia

Our group has casual sewing days every Thursday and a monthly Guild meeting, which often includes: mini workshops; presentations by speakers; stalls by patchwork related businesses.

We also run an annual retreat and Biennial Symposiums and Exhibitions for our members.

The Guild was formed in 1992, our aims are

To enable people with like interests to share their knowledge and enjoy meeting together

To promote their skills and expand their knowledge

To promote patchwork and quilting within the community
