Should we have a uniform?
Here are some committee members modelling the chosen outfit.
Just joking!
Monica, Anita and Julie all bought the same dress and they wore them to last week's Guild Meeting. They looked fabulous and everyone had a good laugh.

Mrs Bobbins
Mrs. Bobbins
by Julia Icenogle
To all the fans of Mrs. Bobbins:
After five
years of laughs with that quirky quilter and her devoted husband, I am retiring from the cartooning world and looking forward to starting my new career in occupational therapy. I feel lucky to have such wonderful and supportive fans, and I’m grateful for all the folks at Kansas City Star Quilts who have made Mrs. Bobbins possible. Although this is the last new Mrs. Bobbins cartoon you’ll find, you can still look forward to reruns of your old favorites!
THANK YOU to everyone, and keep quilting like crazy!
Pop over to Kansas City Star Quilts for those re-runs.

Sewing for the Community Quilts Fundraising Stall
For all of July we will be getting together and sewing goodies to sell on the Community Quilts stall at our Quilt Exhibition. The money raised buys fabric for quilt backings and batting for the Community Quilts which are a very important part of NOTYQ. Everyone is very welcome. Don't forget to bring a plate of food to share for lunch.

Off to the Teahouse
Four times a year a group of happy NOTYQ friends take a trip to Warburton and The Patchwork Tea House for a fun filled day of sewing, eating, shopping, chatting, laughing and generally having a wonderful time.
