A Happy Bunch...

...of  NOTYQ quilters got together today to make community quilts.  A great deal of fun was had by all, we ate a delicious lunch and much productive sewing took place.  Here's a few of the happy bunch

A bit of Show and Tell took place,

and all in all it was a fabulous day.

If you weren't there don't feel left out because we will be back again next week.  Just bring a plate of food to share for lunch and your sewing machine (don't worry if you can't bring it along there are heaps of other things to do too, I spent the day very happily sewing on bindings).  Everyone will make you feel very welcome and you will feel wonderful with the thought that your work will go towards providing a community member with all the warmth and good-will a quilt can bring.
